Damaged on Arrival: If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and take clear photos showing the outer packaging (with tracking label) and the damaged product. Send evidence within 24 hours of receipt.

12-Month Warranty covers manufacturing defects (circuit failure, LED chip failure).
❌ Not covered: physical impact damage, improper installation, water damage from a broken lens, overvoltage, or off-road collision damage.
